1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (including any tags). To start a return, email mankji2021@gmail.com or call +1 8455332150 with your order number and reason.

2. Non-returnable items

We may decline returns of items that are damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in resalable condition. Personalized or made-to-order items, if offered, are non-returnable unless defective. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, not as described, or if a return is required by law.

3. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges where the error is ours, as required by applicable law.
